Accommodation for the Vietnam with Phu Quoc tour package includes comfortable stays at well-selected hotels and cruise accommodations across Hanoi, Halong Bay, Danang, and Phu Quoc Island. Guests will enjoy 02 nights in Hanoi, 01 night onboard the Halong Bay Cruise, 03 nights in Danang, and 03 nights in Phu Quoc. All rooms are offered on a twin-sharing basis unless otherwise specified. Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges.
The package includes daily continental breakfast at the hotel starting from Day 02 onwards, along with Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian lunches and dinners as mentioned in the itinerary. Meals are served at carefully selected Indian restaurants and are based on fixed group menus. Any additional meals, beverages, snacks, room service, minibar usage, alcoholic drinks, or personal food preferences not mentioned in the itinerary will be chargeable extra.
All airport transfers, intercity transportation, sightseeing tours, and excursion transfers are provided by private air-conditioned vehicles. Domestic transportation includes road transfers between Hanoi and Halong Bay as well as airport transfers in Danang and Phu Quoc. All services are arranged according to the confirmed itinerary and schedule. Delays caused by weather conditions, traffic, flight rescheduling, or operational reasons are beyond the company’s control.
The tour package includes return economy class airfare from Bangalore along with applicable taxes as per the airline regulations at the time of booking. Flight schedules are subject to change by the airline without prior notice. Any increase in airfare, fuel surcharge, airport tax, or airline-imposed fee after booking confirmation will be payable by the guest.
The package includes Vietnam visa fees for eligible travelers. Guests must hold a valid passport with a minimum validity of six months from the date of travel along with sufficient blank pages for immigration purposes. It is the traveler’s responsibility to provide accurate documentation required for visa processing. The company will not be responsible for visa rejection, delayed approval, or losses arising due to incomplete documentation.
Travel insurance with coverage up to USD 50,000 is included in the package price. Passengers above 60 years of age may be required to pay an additional premium based on the insurance provider’s policy. The insurance coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance company and may not cover pre-existing medical conditions or adventure activities unless specified.
All sightseeing tours, entrance tickets, cruise experiences, cable car rides, safari visits, boat rides, and attractions mentioned in the itinerary are included in the package cost. Any optional activities, personal excursions, or additional sightseeing not specifically mentioned under inclusions will be chargeable separately.
Services of a professional Benchmark Tour Manager will be provided for group departures with a minimum group size of 20 guests. Smaller groups may be assisted by local English-speaking guides at each destination as per operational requirements.
The package price includes TCS at 2%. GST at 5% is applicable additionally unless otherwise stated. Full payment must be completed as per the booking schedule shared at the time of confirmation. Prices are subject to change based on currency fluctuations, airfare revisions, or government regulations.
Cancellation charges will apply as per the company’s cancellation policy and the terms imposed by airlines, hotels, cruise operators, and local suppliers. Refund processing timelines may vary depending on service providers. No refund will be provided for unused services, missed meals, skipped sightseeing, or no-show situations during the tour.
