Tour booking will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment along with a duly signed booking form, PAN Card copy, and Passport copy. A 50% non-refundable advance payment is required immediately to block and confirm the seats for the Thailand Group Departure 2026. The remaining balance amount must be paid at least 45 days before departure. Payments can be made through NEFT, RTGS, cheque, demand draft, credit card, or cash. Credit card transactions will attract an additional 2.5% processing charge.

All airline seats, hotel rooms, sightseeing services, and transportation are blocked well in advance for the group departure. Cancellation made between 60 to 46 days prior to departure will attract 50% cancellation charges on the total package cost. Cancellation made within 45 days of departure will attract 100% cancellation charges. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will depend on airline policies, hotel cancellation terms, and supplier recoveries.

The package includes accommodation in selected 4-star hotels or similar category hotels in Pattaya and Bangkok. Standard hotel check-in time is 03:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may attract additional charges. Triple-sharing rooms may include a roll-away bed, and room sizes may remain similar to double occupancy rooms. In case the mentioned hotel is unavailable, an alternate hotel of a similar category will be arranged.

The Thailand package includes return airfare from Bangalore via Sri Lankan Airlines along with all airport transfers and sightseeing transportation by private air-conditioned vehicle. Flight schedules, timings, and seat allocation are subject to airline operational conditions and availability. Date changes, cancellations, and no-show charges will apply as per airline policies. Vehicles will operate strictly as per the itinerary and are not available on disposal basis. Additional sightseeing or extra vehicle usage beyond the itinerary will be chargeable.

Currently, no visa may be required for Thailand based on prevailing government regulations. However, if visa rules change before departure, any applicable visa fees, documentation charges, or processing costs will be borne by the traveler. Travelers must carry a valid passport with sufficient validity along with all required travel documents. Benchmark Holidays will assist with visa guidance and documentation support wherever applicable.

No refunds will be provided for any unused services including hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, or transfers. Indian meals included in the package are fixed-menu meals, and à la carte options may not be available. Travelers are strongly advised to obtain valid travel and medical insurance before departure. Benchmark Holidays reserves the right to amend the itinerary without compromising the overall services included in the package.
