A 50% advance payment is required at the time of confirmation to secure the tour booking, and the remaining balance must be paid 45 days prior to departure. Payments can be made via Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT/RTGS, Credit Card, or Cash. An additional 2.5% charge will apply for credit card transactions. The booking and blocking amount paid towards hotels, flights, transportation, and activities is strictly non-refundable.

All cancellations must be informed in writing to Benchmark Holidays. Cancellation charges will apply based on the number of days prior to departure. Cancellation made between 60 to 46 days before departure will attract 50% charges, while cancellations made within 45 to 1 day before departure will incur 100% cancellation charges. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to airline, hotel, and supplier policies and may be considered in cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen geopolitical situations.

Standard hotel check-in time is 03:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and additional charges may apply. Triple sharing rooms may include a roll-away bed, and hotel room sizes may remain similar to standard double rooms. Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability, and similar category hotels may be provided if required.

Flight tickets are subject to airline rules and regulations, and any date changes or cancellations after ticket issuance will attract applicable penalties. No refunds are applicable for partially utilized or no-show tickets. All transfers and sightseeing will operate strictly as per the itinerary using private coach transportation. Additional charges may apply for separate transfers or deviations from the group schedule.

Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy or Consulate. Benchmark Holidays will assist travelers with the visa application process; however, visa approval cannot be guaranteed. Travelers must provide valid passport copies, PAN card copies, and all required documents for processing. Any future changes in visa fees, rules, or documentation requirements will be borne by the traveler.

Benchmark Holidays acts only as an intermediary for airlines, hotels, transport operators, and other service providers and shall not be liable for delays, accidents, loss of baggage, medical emergencies, natural calamities, strikes, political disturbances, or any unforeseen events beyond control. The itinerary may change due to operational or weather conditions. No refunds will be provided for any unused services including meals, sightseeing, or transfers.

Travel insurance is highly recommended for all passengers. Indian meals during the tour will be served as pre-set menus only. Personal expenses such as laundry, porterage, mini bar usage, telephone calls, tips, and room service are not included unless specifically mentioned in the inclusions. Tour prices are based on current airfare, taxes, and exchange rates, and any increase before departure will be charged additionally.

The Malaysia and Singapore group tour package includes return airfare from Bangalore, hotel accommodation, daily breakfast, Indian lunches and dinners, private airport transfers, sightseeing tours, Universal Studios Singapore tickets, Gardens by the Bay entry, Genting Highlands tour, Sunway Lagoon access, Sentosa Island tour, and the services of an experienced English-speaking tour manager.

Currently, no visa is required for this tour destination as per existing regulations. However, if the government introduces new visa requirements before departure, any applicable visa charges and processing fees will need to be borne by the traveler.
