Tour Policy
The Japan Golden Odyssey 07 Nights & 08 Days group tour by Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt Ltd requires an advance payment of INR 1,00,000 at the time of booking to confirm and block seats. All services including flights, hotels, and ground arrangements are pre-blocked well in advance under group tour conditions.
The final balance amount must be paid at least 30 days before the departure date. Payments can be made via NEFT/RTGS, cheque, demand draft, cash, or credit card (additional charges applicable). Full payment compliance is mandatory to secure all travel arrangements.
Cancellation charges are applicable based on the number of days prior to departure:
- More than 60 days: 10% of tour cost
- 60 to 46 days: 50% of tour cost
- 45 to 1 day: 100% of tour cost
These charges apply on the total tour price excluding discounts. No-show bookings are non-refundable.
No refunds will be provided for unused services such as meals, sightseeing, or transfers once the tour has commenced. All inclusions are pre-arranged and non-exchangeable.
The company reserves the right to modify or alter the itinerary due to operational constraints, weather conditions, airline schedule changes, or supplier limitations. Any such changes will be made in the best interest of passenger safety and smooth travel execution.
Passengers must submit valid passport copies and PAN card details at the time of booking. Visa approval is subject to the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate, and the company holds no responsibility for rejection.
Hotel check-in time is 1500 hrs and check-out time is 1100 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges. Triple occupancy rooms may include roll-away beds with standard room size.
Once issued, airline tickets are non-transferable, and any date changes or cancellations will incur airline penalties. Seat confirmation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
The company shall not be responsible for delays, loss of baggage, accidents, natural calamities, or changes caused by airlines, hotels, or external service providers. All additional expenses arising from such situations must be borne by the passenger.
All services are provided as per the itinerary. Coaches are not on disposal and operate strictly as per schedule. The tour manager has the right to modify sightseeing order based on operational feasibility. Any damage caused by passengers will be chargeable directly.
