All bookings for the Vietnam Tour Package are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Guests are advised to provide valid passport copies and required travel documents while booking. Confirmation of hotels, flights, cruises, and sightseeing services will be processed only after receiving the initial booking amount.
Passengers traveling to Vietnam must hold a passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel. The Vietnam Visa Fee is included in the package; however, visa approval is solely at the discretion of the Vietnam Immigration Authorities. Any delay or rejection of the visa will not be the responsibility of the tour operator.
The package includes Return Economy Class Airfare from Bangalore. Airline schedules, baggage policies, seat allocation, and flight timings are subject to airline regulations and operational changes. Any increase in airfare, taxes, or fuel surcharge before departure may be applicable to guests.
Standard hotel check-in time is generally after 1400 hrs, while check-out is before 1100 hrs. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability. Accommodation in Hanoi, Halong Bay Cruise, and Danang will be provided as mentioned in the itinerary or similar category hotels.
