This Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt Ltd Greece tour is designed for a minimum group size of 25 passengers. Any variation in group strength may lead to revision in pricing, services, or arrangements to maintain quality standards.

All sightseeing and transfers will be provided in a private coach strictly as per the itinerary. Vehicles will not be at disposal for personal use, ensuring smooth coordination of scheduled activities across Athens, Mykonos, and Santorini.

Tour cost is calculated based on current airfare and an exchange rate of USD @ ₹96. Any fluctuation in currency rates, fuel surcharges, or airfare changes may result in revised pricing before departure.

All hotel bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. In case of non-availability, similar category hotels will be provided. Standard check-in is 15:00 hrs and check-out is 11:00 hrs, with early check-in or late check-out subject to availability and extra charges.

Booking confirmation requires 50% advance payment. The remaining balance must be cleared at least 20 days prior to departure. Name submission as per passport is mandatory at least 45 days before travel to avoid complications.

Once tickets, visas, or hotels are booked, cancellation or name change charges will apply. Any amendments are subject to supplier policies and may incur additional costs.

No refund will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, or partially utilized tour components. All inclusions are non-refundable once confirmed and booked.
