The accommodation is arranged in carefully selected 4★ hotels across Paris, Zurich, Venice, Florence, and Rome to ensure a comfortable stay. All rooms are provided on a twin or triple sharing basis, and triple occupancy includes an extra roll-away bed in the same room. The standard room size remains the same for both double and triple occupancy. Hotels are subject to availability and may be replaced with similar category properties if required.
The standard check-in time is 1400–1500 hrs and check-out time is 1000–1200 hrs as per international hotel norms. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to hotel availability and may involve additional charges payable directly by the guest.
A maximum of 3 adults are allowed per room. Room allocation including floor, view, and bed type is entirely at the discretion of the hotel. Requests for interconnecting rooms are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Daily accommodation includes continental breakfast at hotels. All lunches and dinners are pre-set Indian menus as per the itinerary. No à la carte meal options are available for group tours, and unused meals are non-refundable.
