Arrive at Bangalore International Airport 3 hours prior to departure for your flight to Istanbul. Meet & greet by the tour manager, complete boarding formalities, and fly to Istanbul. Upon arrival at Istanbul Atatürk Airport, transfer to your hotel by private coach and complete check-in procedures.

Tour Policy
The payment for the tour package must be completed as per the schedule provided by the company. An advance payment of INR 35,000 is required to block seats, and the final balance amount must be paid 45 days prior to departure. Payments can be made via Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT/RTGS, Credit Card, or Cash, subject to applicable charges. Credit card payments will attract an additional 2.5% processing fee on the total billing amount.
All services such as flights, hotels, and transport are pre-blocked well in advance. If cancellation is made, it must be communicated in writing. Cancellation charges vary based on the number of days prior to departure, with 10% charges for cancellations made more than 60 days before departure, 50% for 60–46 days, and 100% for 45–01 days prior to departure. These charges are applicable on the total tour cost excluding any discounts offered.
The company reserves the right to modify, alter, or change the itinerary due to operational requirements, airline schedules, or unforeseen circumstances. However, the overall services and quality of the tour will remain unchanged. Any changes in flight routes, timings, or sightseeing schedules will be managed by the tour operator in the best interest of travelers.
Hotels are provided on a standard check-in time between 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and check-out between 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges. Triple occupancy rooms may include rollaway beds, and room sizes are generally standard as per international hotel norms.
The company shall not be responsible for delays, losses, accidents, or damages arising from weather conditions, strikes, war, airline delays, or any unforeseen circumstances. All such situations will be managed as per airline and supplier policies. Any additional costs incurred due to delays or disruptions will be borne by the traveler
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 20 working days from the date of approval. Refunds are not applicable for unused services such as meals, sightseeing, or transfers. Partly utilized or no-show tickets are strictly non-refundable
The tour operates on group travel basis with fixed schedules and itineraries. Coaches are provided strictly as per itinerary and not on disposal basis. The company reserves the right to deny liability for any loss of baggage, injury, or unforeseen incidents during travel. All passengers are expected to follow tour guidelines for smooth execution of the itinerary.
