A booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and submission of the necessary traveller details and documents. Availability and confirmation are subject to the respective hotels, airlines, transport providers and sightseeing suppliers.
The balance payment must be made within the agreed timeline before departure. Any delay in payment may result in cancellation of services, loss of availability or applicable cancellation charges.
Cancellation charges will apply as per the terms and conditions of the respective hotels, transport providers, sightseeing services and other suppliers. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deduction of applicable cancellation and administrative charges.
The itinerary may be modified due to weather conditions, traffic, operational requirements, local regulations, strikes, natural calamities or other unforeseen circumstances. Any additional costs arising from such changes will be payable by the traveller.
Travellers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, permits, travel insurance and other required documents. The traveller must ensure that all documents remain valid for the entire duration of the journey.
