Accommodation will be provided in standard category hotels as per the itinerary, subject to availability at the time of booking. Standard hotel check-in time is 15:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in and late check-out are strictly subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges as per hotel policy.
Booking confirmation will be processed only after receiving the required advance payment. Full tour payment must be completed prior to departure. Any bank charges, transaction fees, or payment gateway charges will be borne by the client.
Airfare is not included in the package unless specifically mentioned in the inclusions. Flight fares are dynamic and subject to change at the time of booking. Airline rules regarding baggage, cancellation, and schedule changes will apply as per carrier policies.
The package is subject to applicable taxes including 5% GST and TCS as per government regulations. Any additional local tourism taxes or entry fees not mentioned in the inclusions will be payable by the client directly.
All transfers and sightseeing arrangements will be provided as per the fixed itinerary on a private or shared vehicle basis depending on the package. Vehicle usage is strictly limited to itinerary routes, and any additional usage beyond the plan will incur extra charges.
Sightseeing activities are subject to weather conditions, local regulations, and operational feasibility. Entry tickets are included only where specifically mentioned in the inclusions. Any optional tours or activities will be chargeable and not part of the package.
Cancellation charges will apply as per booking stage, hotel, and airline policies. No refund will be provided for unused services, missed tours, or no-shows. The itinerary is subject to change due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
