All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment and confirmation from the travel team. Hotel availability, transportation arrangements, and sightseeing services are subject to availability at the time of booking. Guests are requested to provide accurate travel details and required documents to ensure a smooth holiday experience.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed according to the cancellation terms of hotels, transport providers, and other service partners. Applicable cancellation charges will be deducted, and refunds will be processed after receiving confirmation from the respective service providers.

The vehicle will operate on a point-to-point basis and will not remain at disposal beyond the scheduled program.
