Begin your journey by assembling at Bangalore Airport at least two hours before departure to complete your check-in formalities and board your flight to Bagdogra. Upon arrival, meet your driver and embark on a scenic drive to Gangtok, the charming capital of Sikkim, surrounded by the majestic Eastern Himalayas. En route, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant while taking in the picturesque mountain landscapes. On reaching Gangtok, check in to your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure, relaxing or exploring the nearby surroundings at your own pace before enjoying dinner and an overnight stay.

Your tour booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received. The remaining balance must be cleared before the departure date as per the booking schedule. Hotel reservations, permits, and other travel arrangements are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Any cancellation request must be made in writing. Cancellation charges will be applicable based on the cancellation date, along with the policies of hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners. Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed after deducting the applicable charges and only after receiving refunds from the respective service providers.
Guests must carry valid government-issued photo identification throughout the journey. Certain destinations in Sikkim may require special permits, which will be arranged where included in the package. Travelers are responsible for providing accurate documents on time to avoid any delays or denial of entry.
The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary, accommodation, sightseeing schedule, or transportation due to weather conditions, road closures, landslides, political disturbances, permit restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any additional expenses arising from such situations shall be borne by the traveler.
