Your Rajasthan tour booking will be confirmed only after the required advance payment is received and an official confirmation is issued. Hotel reservations, transportation, and sightseeing arrangements are subject to availability at the time of booking. Guests are requested to provide valid government-issued identification and complete travel details during the booking process.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges will be applicable according to the policies of hotels, transport providers, and other service partners. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after receiving confirmation from the respective suppliers and after deducting the applicable cancellation charges.
Accommodation will be provided at the mentioned hotels or similar category properties on a twin-sharing basis. The vehicle will operate on a point-to-point basis and will not be available for personal use outside the scheduled program.
