Begin your Bhutan journey by assembling at KIAL Airport, Bangalore, and boarding your flight to Kolkata. On arrival in Kolkata, transfer to the international terminal for your connecting flight to Paro, Bhutan. After immigration and baggage formalities, meet your local guide and proceed to Thimphu, Bhutan’s capital city. Check in to the hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Thimphu.

Tour Policy
A confirmed booking requires an advance payment as specified at the time of reservation, with the balance amount to be cleared before the tour commencement date. Bookings will only be considered confirmed once the advance payment is received and acknowledged by the company.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing, and charges will be applicable as per the slab decided at the time of booking, based on the number of days prior to departure. No refunds will be provided for no-shows, unused services, or last-minute cancellations once the tour has commenced.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they carry valid passports (with minimum 6 months validity), entry permits, and any other travel documents required for entry into Bhutan. The company will not be held responsible for denial of boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
Any changes to the itinerary, hotel category, or travel dates post-confirmation will be subject to availability and may attract additional charges. The company reserves the right to make reasonable alterations to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road conditions, or local disturbances.
The company acts only as an agent for hotels, transporters, and other service providers, and shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused due to factors beyond its control, including natural calamities, political unrest, or third-party service failures.
