Your Thailand tour booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the required advance payment and is subject to the availability of flights, hotels, and sightseeing services. Since international travel arrangements are dynamic, bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Benchmark Holidays reserves the right to revise hotel options or itinerary components if necessary while maintaining the overall quality of the tour.

Guests are required to make payments according to the agreed payment schedule to secure their Thailand holiday package. The final balance must be cleared before departure. Tour prices are based on prevailing airfare, hotel rates, exchange rates, and government taxes. Any increase in these charges before ticket issuance or final confirmation shall be borne by the traveler. Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, debit card, or credit card, subject to applicable processing charges.

Any cancellation of the Thailand tour package must be communicated in writing via email. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per airline, hotel, transport, and local supplier policies. Airline tickets may be non-refundable depending on the fare rules, while hotel bookings, sightseeing tours, visa fees, travel insurance, and service charges are generally non-refundable once confirmed.

All travelers must carry a passport with a minimum validity of six months from the date of return. Guests are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and other travel documents required for entry into Thailand. While Benchmark Holidays can assist with visa documentation, visa approval remains entirely at the discretion of the respective immigration authorities.

Accommodation will be provided in the hotels mentioned in the itinerary or similar category hotels based on availability. Standard hotel check-in time is generally 3:00 PM, and check-out is between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM, depending on hotel policies. Early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades, and special requests are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

Airport transfers and intercity transportation included in the itinerary will be provided on a private basis as specified in the package. Airline schedules, baggage allowances, and operational changes are governed by the respective airline. Benchmark Holidays is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, or schedule changes beyond its control.

All sightseeing tours will operate according to the confirmed itinerary. The order of sightseeing may be changed due to weather conditions, traffic, local regulations, or operational reasons without affecting the overall tour experience. Missed sightseeing due to late arrival, personal preferences, or unforeseen circumstances will not be eligible for refunds.

Meals included in the Thailand tour package will be served exactly as mentioned in the itinerary. Breakfast will be provided at the respective hotels, while lunches included during sightseeing tours will be arranged at designated restaurants or tour venues. Any meals, beverages, snacks, or personal food expenses not specifically mentioned in the inclusions will be chargeable.

Travel insurance, if included in the package, will provide coverage according to the insurance provider's terms and conditions. Claims related to medical emergencies, baggage loss, travel delays, or trip cancellations will be processed solely by the insurance company. Guests are advised to retain all original travel documents and receipts required for claim settlement.

Guests are expected to follow all local laws, health regulations, and safety instructions provided by tour guides and local authorities. Activities such as island excursions, speedboat rides, jungle tours, and wildlife experiences are undertaken at the guest's own discretion and risk. Benchmark Holidays shall not be liable for any injury, accident, or loss arising from negligence or non-compliance with safety guidelines.

Benchmark Holidays shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, itinerary changes, or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, pandemics, political unrest, strikes, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. Any additional expenses arising from such situations shall be borne directly by the traveler.

Benchmark Holidays acts solely as a travel organizer and intermediary between guests and independent service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, sightseeing operators, and local vendors. The company shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, loss, theft, personal injury, property damage, or deficiencies in services provided by third-party suppliers.

Guests are advised to arrive at the airport at least three hours before their international departure, carry all original travel documents throughout the journey, and keep passports, valuables, and foreign currency secure.
