Standard hotel check-in time is generally 03:00 PM, while check-out is usually between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM, depending on hotel policies. Requests for early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades, or special preferences are subject to availability and may involve additional charges payable directly to the hotel.

International airfare included in the package is based on economy class unless otherwise specified. Airline schedules, baggage allowances, and operational timings are governed by the respective airline. Guests are responsible for any charges related to excess baggage, seat selection, or additional airline services. Benchmark Holidays is not liable for flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by the airline.

All sightseeing tours and airport transfers included in the itinerary will be operated according to the confirmed schedule. However, the order of sightseeing may be modified due to weather conditions, traffic, local regulations, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances without affecting the overall tour experience. No refunds will be provided for missed sightseeing resulting from late arrivals or personal reasons.

Breakfast is generally served at the hotel, while lunches and dinners are arranged at selected local or Indian restaurants wherever applicable. Any meals, beverages, or snacks not specifically mentioned in the package inclusions will be treated as personal expenses. Special dietary requests are subject to restaurant availability.

Claims relating to medical emergencies, baggage loss, trip delays, or cancellations are handled solely by the insurance provider.
