All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment. The balance payment must be completed before the tour departure as per the booking terms. Failure to complete the payment within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
Any cancellation made after the booking confirmation will be subject to the applicable cancellation charges as per the hotel, transport, and supplier policies. Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed after deducting the relevant charges. No refund will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, no-shows, or early departures during the tour.
