Booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment as per company norms. All services including flights, hotels, and visas are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Final confirmation will be shared after receiving required documentation and payment.
A minimum advance payment is required to initiate bookings. The balance payment must be completed before the specified due date prior to departure. Delay in payment may lead to cancellation of services without liability.
Airfare is calculated based on current prevailing rates and exchange value. Any increase in airfare, fuel surcharge, or taxes before ticket issuance will be borne by the traveler.
Hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking. In case of non-availability, equivalent category hotels will be provided. Standard check-in and check-out timings depend on hotel policies.
All transfers and sightseeing will be provided as per itinerary only. Vehicles are not on disposal basis. Delays due to traffic or local conditions are not under operator control.
Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy/consulate. The operator will assist in documentation, but approval, delay, or rejection is beyond control of the company.
Cancellation charges will apply once booking is confirmed. Charges vary based on airline, hotel, and visa status. No refund will be provided for unused services.
