All bookings for the Japan Highlights tour are subject to availability and will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment. The balance amount must be paid before the departure date as per the booking schedule. Hotel reservations, transportation, and sightseeing services are confirmed only after full payment and document verification.
Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing and will be processed according to the applicable cancellation policy. Refunds, if eligible, will be made after deducting airline charges, hotel cancellation fees, visa charges, and other non-refundable expenses. Processing time depends on the respective service providers.
