Your Japan Golden Route Explorer tour booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and is subject to availability. The remaining balance must be paid before the departure date as per the booking schedule. Hotel reservations, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel services will be finalized only after full payment and successful booking confirmation.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges will apply based on the tour cancellation policy, airline rules, hotel policies, and other supplier terms. Visa fees, service charges, and other non-refundable components are not eligible for refunds. Any applicable refund will be processed after deducting the relevant charges.
All travellers must carry a passport with a minimum validity of six months from the date of travel and obtain a valid Japan Tourist Visa before departure. Guests are responsible for providing accurate travel documents. Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the Embassy or Consulate, and Benchmark Holidays cannot guarantee visa approval.
The published itinerary is planned carefully but may be modified due to weather conditions, transportation schedules, operational requirements, public holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such situations, equivalent sightseeing or services may be provided without affecting the overall tour experience.
