Tour Policy
All bookings for Holiday Inn Resort Kandooma are subject to availability and confirmation from the resort. The booking will be considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment. The balance payment must be completed within the given timeline before the travel date as per the booking terms.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed as per the applicable resort and service provider cancellation policies. Any cancellation charges, non-refundable amounts, or additional fees will be deducted accordingly before processing the refund.
Guests are responsible for carrying valid passports, travel documents, and required approvals for international travel. Any inconvenience caused due to invalid, incomplete, or expired documents will be the sole responsibility of the traveller.
The resort accommodation, facilities, meals, transfers, and activities will be provided as per Sun Siyam Iru Veli resort policies. Complimentary non-motorized water sports and recreational activities are subject to availability, weather conditions, and safety guidelines. Any additional services will be charged separately.
Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for delays, changes, or additional expenses caused due to weather conditions, natural calamities, flight delays, government regulations, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances. Any extra costs arising due to such situations will be borne by the traveller.
