Tour Itinerary
Arrive in Mumbai, meet our representative, and transfer to your hotel for check-in. Explore the iconic Gateway of India, enjoy a scenic drive along Marine Drive, and view the historic Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus before an overnight stay.

Tour Policy
Your booking will be confirmed only after the required advance payment is received. The remaining balance must be paid before the tour departure as per the agreed payment schedule. Failure to complete the payment within the stipulated timeline may result in cancellation of the booking and applicable cancellation charges.
Any cancellation must be communicated in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy and are subject to hotel, transport, and supplier cancellation charges. During peak seasons, festivals, or special events, cancellation charges may be higher and certain bookings may be completely non-refundable.
The itinerary is planned to ensure all sightseeing attractions are covered during their operational hours. However, Benchmark Holidays reserves the right to modify the itinerary, hotel, sightseeing sequence, or transportation due to weather conditions, road closures, government regulations, operational requirements, or any unforeseen circumstances without compromising the overall tour experience.
Transportation is provided strictly on a point-to-point basis as mentioned in the itinerary and is not available at disposal. Any additional sightseeing, vehicle usage beyond the itinerary, entry tickets, guide charges, personal activities, or optional tours will be charged separately. Guests are requested to adhere to the scheduled pickup timings to ensure smooth execution of the tour.
Guests are responsible for carrying valid government-issued photo identification, travel documents, permits (if required), and personal belongings throughout the journey. Benchmark Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays, losses, accidents, natural calamities, political disturbances, or any additional expenses arising due to circumstances beyond its control. Guests are advised to purchase suitable travel insurance for a safe and worry-free holiday.
