Your Armenia Tour Package booking will be confirmed only after the receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from Benchmark Holidays. Since hotel rooms, sightseeing tickets, and transportation are subject to availability, early booking is highly recommended to secure the best rates and preferred travel dates. Final travel documents, hotel vouchers, and service confirmations will be shared before departure.
A specified advance payment is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance payable before the tour departure date. Package prices are subject to availability and currency fluctuations until full payment is received. Payments made by credit card may attract an additional processing fee, as applicable.
Any cancellation must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges will apply based on the cancellation date and the policies of hotels, airlines, transport providers, and local suppliers. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting all applicable cancellation charges and non-refundable service fees.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport with at least six months' validity from the date of travel. Visa approval is granted solely by the respective embassy or immigration authorities, and Benchmark Holidays cannot guarantee visa approval. Any visa rejection or delay will be subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
Standard hotel check-in is generally after 2:00 PM, while check-out is before 12:00 PM unless otherwise specified. Requests for early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades, or special room preferences are subject to hotel availability and may involve additional charges.
All airport transfers, sightseeing tours, and excursions will be provided strictly according to the confirmed itinerary. Vehicles are available only for the scheduled services mentioned in the package and are not available on a disposal basis.
