A minimum booking amount is required to confirm your reservation. The balance payment must be completed before the departure date as per the booking terms. Failure to make payments within the stipulated timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking and applicable cancellation charges.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellation charges will be applicable based on the date of cancellation and the policies of airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service partners. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting the applicable cancellation charges and may take up to 30 working days
All travelers must possess a valid passport with at least six months' validity from the date of travel. Obtaining the required visa and carrying all necessary travel documents is the responsibility of the traveler unless specifically included in the package. Any expenses arising due to visa rejection, delayed documentation, or insufficient travel documents shall be borne by the traveler.
The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary, hotels, sightseeing schedule, transportation, or tour sequence due to operational requirements, weather conditions, government regulations, flight schedule changes, or unforeseen circumstances. Suitable alternatives of similar standards will be arranged wherever possible without affecting the overall tour experience.
The company acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and local suppliers. It shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, baggage loss, natural disasters, political disturbances, medical emergencies, or any other events beyond its control.
