A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment. The balance payment must be completed before the tour departure as per the agreed schedule.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges as per hotel, transport, and service provider policies.

The tour operator shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, additional expenses, or changes caused by natural calamities, road blockages, political disturbances, strikes, government regulations, or any circumstances beyond its control.
