All bookings are subject to availability of hotels, Nile Cruise, transportation, and sightseeing services at the time of confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and issuance of the confirmation voucher.
The tour cost must be paid as per the payment schedule provided at the time of booking. Any applicable GST, TCS, visa fees, or other government taxes must be paid in addition to the package price. Failure to complete the payment within the stipulated time may result in cancellation of the booking.
Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the supplier's and service provider's cancellation policies. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after receiving confirmation from hotels, cruise operators, and other service providers. Visa fees, insurance charges, and applicable taxes are generally non-refundable.
