All bookings are subject to availability of lodges, safari vehicles, and park permits at the time of confirmation. A booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt. Ltd. In the event of operational requirements, equivalent accommodation or services may be provided without compromising the quality of your safari experience.
A specified advance payment is required to confirm your Tanzania safari package, while the remaining balance must be paid before departure. Tour prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, park entry fees, government taxes, fuel surcharges, or supplier revisions before full payment is received.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed according to the cancellation policies of hotels, safari lodges, national parks, and other service providers. Visa fees, travel insurance premiums, park permits, and other non-refundable services are not eligible for refunds. Approved refunds will be processed after confirmation from the respective suppliers.
Guests are responsible for carrying a valid passport, visa, travel insurance, vaccination certificates (if required), and all necessary travel documents. Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for visa rejection, denied boarding, immigration decisions, or any losses resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.
Game drives and safari schedules are dependent on wildlife movements, weather conditions, park regulations, and operational requirements. The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary, accommodation, or safari timings when necessary. Any additional expenses arising from flight delays, natural calamities, road closures, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances shall be borne by the guest.
