All bookings are subject to availability of hotels, ferry tickets, and sightseeing services at the time of confirmation. A reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt. Ltd. In case of operational requirements, similar hotels or equivalent services may be provided without affecting the overall quality of your holiday.
A specified advance payment is required to confirm your Seychelles holiday package. The balance amount must be paid before departure. Package prices are subject to change in the event of currency fluctuations, government tax revisions, ferry fare changes, or supplier price revisions before the final payment is received.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be processed according to the cancellation policies of hotels, ferry operators, sightseeing providers, and other suppliers. Visa fees, travel insurance premiums, and other non-refundable services are not eligible for refunds. Any approved refund will be processed after receiving confirmation from the respective service providers.
Guests are responsible for carrying a valid passport, visa (if applicable), travel insurance, and completing the mandatory Seychelles Electronic Border System travel declaration before departure. Shared transfers, ferry services, and sightseeing tours operate on fixed schedules, and guests must report to the designated pick-up points on time. The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary, hotels, or sightseeing due to weather conditions, ferry schedules, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. Any additional expenses arising from flight delays, natural calamities, strikes, or personal reasons shall be borne by the guest.

The package includes accommodation in Praslin and Mahe, daily breakfast, shared airport and ferry transfers, return ferry tickets between the islands, a Mahe City Tour, a La Digue Island Boat & Bike Tour, and the Vallée de Mai & Anse Lazio Tour on a shared basis.
Seychelles is visa-free for many nationalities, including Indian passport holders. However, all travellers must complete the mandatory Seychelles Electronic Border System (EBS) travel declaration before departure and carry valid travel documents.
Seychelles is a year-round destination with warm tropical weather. The best months for beach holidays, sightseeing, snorkeling, and island hopping are April to May and October to November, when the sea is calm and the weather is pleasant.
Travel between Mahe and Praslin is by comfortable high-speed ferry. The package includes return ferry tickets along with shared transfers between the airport, ferry terminals, hotels, and sightseeing points.
