A confirmed booking requires an advance payment as specified at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before departure according to the agreed payment schedule. All bookings are subject to availability of hotels, sightseeing, and transfers. Any booking made without full payment within the stipulated timeline may be released automatically without prior notice.
Cancellation charges will apply based on the date of cancellation and the policies of hotels, transport providers, and local suppliers. Any non-refundable services such as visa fees, attraction tickets, travel insurance, or processing charges cannot be refunded.
