Booking confirmation is subject to the receipt of the required advance payment and the availability of hotel rooms, flights, transportation, and sightseeing services at the time of confirmation. As all travel services are dynamic, availability cannot be guaranteed until the booking is confirmed. Guests are advised to complete the booking process as early as possible to secure the preferred travel dates, accommodation, and tour inclusions.
Cancellation charges will apply based on the date of cancellation and the terms of the airlines, hotels, attractions, and other suppliers. Certain bookings may be non-refundable. Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed after deduction of applicable cancellation charges.
A valid passport, Singapore visa, and other required travel documents are the traveller’s responsibility. Visa approval is subject to the decision of the Singapore authorities. The company is not responsible for delays or visa rejection.
Applicable GST will be charged on the package price. For overseas tour packages, 2% TCS is applicable from 1 April 2026, with the applicable higher rate where required based on the traveller’s PAN/Aadhaar status and prevailing regulations. TCS is generally available as tax credit subject to applicable income-tax rules.
Hotel accommodation, transfers, sightseeing, meals, and activities will be provided as mentioned in the confirmed itinerary. Check-in/check-out times are subject to hotel policies. The itinerary may be modified due to operational requirements, weather, local conditions, supplier restrictions, or circumstances beyond the company’s control.
