Your journey begins in Beijing, China's sprawling capital and a city with a history spanning more than three millennia. Upon arrival at Beijing International Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is at leisure, allowing you to relax after your journey or explore the surrounding area at your own pace.

 

After breakfast the following morning, embark on an excursion to the legendary Great Wall of China at Juyong Pass. Walk along this extraordinary ancient fortification and admire the surrounding mountain scenery while learning about its fascinating history. Later, visit a Jade Factory before making a photo stop at the iconic Olympic Stadium, also known as the Bird’s Nest. Return to your hotel in Beijing for an overnight stay.

Visit Tiananmen Square, one of the world's largest public squares, followed by the magnificent Forbidden City, the grand imperial palace complex that served as the residence of Chinese emperors during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Later, explore the beautiful Summer Palace, known for its gardens, lakes, pavilions, and traditional architecture. Enjoy free time for shopping at Hongqiao Market before returning to your hotel.

 

The journey then continues towards Dengfeng and Luoyang. After breakfast, check out and transfer to the train station or airport for your journey to Zhengzhou. On arrival, proceed to Dengfeng and visit the historic Shaolin Temple, renowned as an important centre of Chinese Zen Buddhism and martial arts. Later, continue to Luoyang and check in to your hotel.

 

The following day, explore the magnificent Longmen Grottoes, one of China's most important collections of ancient Buddhist art. Next, travel by high-speed bullet train or flight to Shanghai, China's dynamic modern metropolis. After arrival, transfer to your hotel and check in. The following day, explore Shanghai on a city tour featuring a Silk Factory, the Jinmao Tower, and the famous Bund, celebrated for its beautifully preserved colonial-era buildings and spectacular views of the city skyline. Later, enjoy free time at Yuyuan Bazaar for shopping and exploring traditional Chinese products.
