Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel and take time to refresh and relax. In the evening, experience the divine Har Ki Pauri Ganga Aarti, where thousands of diyas illuminate the holy river, creating a truly spiritual atmosphere. After this unforgettable experience, return to the hotel for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay in Haridwar.

The package is designed for a minimum group of 2 passengers, and the final pricing may vary depending on the increase or decrease in the number of travelers. This ensures fair cost distribution and operational flexibility for customized pilgrimage arrangements.
All transportation is strictly provided as per the fixed itinerary only, and the vehicle will not be available for personal use beyond scheduled transfers. This ensures organized travel flow, time management, and route efficiency during the Char Dham Yatra covering high-altitude Himalayan routes.
Airfare is calculated based on current prevailing rates, and any increase in airline fares at the time of booking or issuance will be payable by the traveler. This ensures transparency in fluctuating airline pricing for the sector Bengaluru – Dehradun – Bengaluru.
All hotel bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation, as rooms are not blocked in advance. In case of unavailability, similar category hotels will be provided in the same region to maintain comfort and itinerary flow across destinations like Haridwar, Barkot, Uttarkashi, Guptkashi, Kedarnath, Badrinath, Rudraprayag, and Dehradun.
Any additional cost arising due to currency fluctuations, fuel price changes, tax revisions, or government levies will be charged extra. Guests will be informed in advance to ensure full transparency in pricing.
Package rates are not valid during peak seasons, fairs, or major local events. During such periods, revised pricing will be applicable depending on hotel demand and travel conditions.
