On Day 01 of the Char Dham Yatra, guests arrive at Dehradun (Jolly Grant Airport) and are warmly welcomed before proceeding by scenic road to Haridwar, one of the most sacred spiritual gateways of India. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel and take time to refresh and relax. In the evening, experience the divine Har Ki Pauri Ganga Aarti, where thousands of diyas illuminate the holy river, creating a truly spiritual atmosphere. After this unforgettable experience, return to the hotel for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay in Haridwar.

Upon arrival in Uttarkashi, visit the sacred Kashi Vishwanath Temple, an important pilgrimage site dedicated to Lord Shiva. Relax after the journey and enjoy a freshly prepared dinner. End the day with an overnight stay in Guptkashi / Sitapur, preparing for the Kedarnath trek ahead.

Early morning around 4:00 AM, check out from Guptkashi / Sitapur and proceed towards Sonprayag, the starting point for the Kedarnath journey. From here, visit the reservation counter for pony or palki services (at own cost) and take a local shuttle taxi to Gaurikund, the base of the sacred trek. Begin the spiritual uphill trek to Kedarnath, surrounded by majestic Himalayan peaks and divine landscapes.
Upon arrival at Kedarnath, check in to the hotel/guest house and rest after the challenging journey. In the evening, visit the sacred Kedarnath Temple for divine Aarti darshan of Lord Shiva, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas. After seeking blessings, return to the accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay in Kedarnath amidst the serene Himalayas.

Begin the challenging 16 km downhill trek from Kedarnath to Gaurikund, surrounded by breathtaking Himalayan scenery. Upon arrival, take a shuttle taxi to Sonprayag (at own cost) and proceed towards the hotel in Guptkashi / Sitapur. Check in at the hotel, relax after the long journey, and enjoy dinner. End the day with an overnight stay in Guptkashi / Sitapur.

After breakfast at the hotel in Guptkashi / Sitapur, check out and begin your scenic journey towards Badrinath, one of the most sacred destinations in the Char Dham circuit. En route, pass through the beautiful confluences of Karnaprayag and Nandaprayag, showcasing the divine meeting points of Himalayan rivers. Continue the drive to Joshimath, where you will visit the revered Narsingh Temple, an important spiritual stop before Badrinath.
Afterward, proceed towards Badrinath and arrive by evening. Check in at the hotel, refresh, and later visit the sacred Badrinath Temple for evening Aarti darshan and seek blessings of Lord Vishnu. After the divine experience, return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay in Badrinath amidst the serene Himalayas.

The package is designed for a minimum group of 2 passengers, and the final pricing may vary depending on the increase or decrease in the number of travelers. This ensures fair cost distribution and operational flexibility for customized pilgrimage arrangements.
All transportation is strictly provided as per the fixed itinerary only, and the vehicle will not be available for personal use beyond scheduled transfers. This ensures organized travel flow, time management, and route efficiency during the Char Dham Yatra covering high-altitude Himalayan routes.
Airfare is calculated based on current prevailing rates, and any increase in airline fares at the time of booking or issuance will be payable by the traveler. This ensures transparency in fluctuating airline pricing for the sector Bengaluru – Dehradun – Bengaluru.
All hotel bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation, as rooms are not blocked in advance. In case of unavailability, similar category hotels will be provided in the same region to maintain comfort and itinerary flow across destinations like Haridwar, Barkot, Uttarkashi, Guptkashi, Kedarnath, Badrinath, Rudraprayag, and Dehradun.
Any additional cost arising due to currency fluctuations, fuel price changes, tax revisions, or government levies will be charged extra. Guests will be informed in advance to ensure full transparency in pricing.
Package rates are not valid during peak seasons, fairs, or major local events. During such periods, revised pricing will be applicable depending on hotel demand and travel conditions.
Standard hotel check-in time is 15:00 hrs and check-out time is 11:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
