All tour bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A minimum advance payment is required to confirm the booking. Final balance payment must be completed before the departure date. Hotel rooms, flights, and sightseeing services will be confirmed only after receipt of payment.
Standard hotel check-in time is between 14:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs and check-out time is before 12:00 hrs. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation charges may apply once hotels, flights, visas, or other travel services are booked. No refund will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, meals, or voluntary cancellations during the tour.
Travelers must carry a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. Visa approval is subject to embassy rules and regulations. Guests are responsible for providing accurate documents required for visa processing.
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers. The company will not be responsible for losses arising from medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances during the tour.

The company shall not be held liable for delays, itinerary changes, or cancellations caused due to natural disasters, weather conditions, political unrest, pandemics, strikes, or any unforeseen events beyond control.
Expenses of personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, shopping, beverages, tips, porterage, and optional activities are not included in the package cost and must be borne by the traveler.
