Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed as per the applicable resort and service provider cancellation policies. Any cancellation charges, non-refundable amounts, or additional fees will be deducted accordingly before processing the refund.
Guests are responsible for carrying valid passports, travel documents, and required approvals for international travel. Any inconvenience caused due to invalid, incomplete, or expired documents will be the sole responsibility of the traveller.

Ltd. will not be responsible for delays, changes, or additional expenses caused due to weather conditions, natural calamities, flight delays, government regulations, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances. Any extra costs arising due to such situations will be borne by the traveller.
