Tour prices are based on the prevailing airfare, taxes, exchange rates, and other operational costs at the time of booking. Rates are dynamic and subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Any increase in airfare, fuel surcharge, taxes, or exchange rates before departure will be applicable to the final tour cost.
The package includes 4 nights' accommodation in Baku. Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings will apply. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may attract additional charges. Hotel taxes are included as mentioned in the package.
All airport transfers, sightseeing tours, and excursions are provided on a private basis with an English-speaking driver-cum-guide. The itinerary is subject to operational conditions, weather, traffic, and local regulations. The tour operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary without affecting the overall tour experience.
The tour operator shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or additional expenses arising from natural calamities, road blockages, political disturbances, strikes, flight disruptions, or any circumstances beyond its control. Any additional expenses incurred due to such situations shall be borne directly by the traveler.
