Transportation for airport transfers and sightseeing will be provided strictly as per the itinerary. Vehicles are not available at disposal and will operate only for scheduled tours and transfers mentioned in the package.

All hotel bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. In case the mentioned hotel is unavailable, an alternate hotel of similar category will be arranged. Standard hotel check-in time is 15:00 hrs and check-out time is 11:00 hrs. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Tour prices are based on current airfare and exchange rates at the time of quotation. Any increase in airfare, currency fluctuations, fuel surcharge, or government taxes prior to departure will be charged additionally.

Booking confirmation will be processed only upon receipt of 50% advance payment of the total tour cost. The remaining balance amount must be paid at least 20 days before departure.

Cancellation charges and name change charges may apply once air tickets, hotels, visas, or services are confirmed. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and applicable charges will be levied as per supplier and airline policies.

No refund or reduction will be provided for any services included in the package but not utilized by the traveler during the tour.

Passengers must provide passport copies and traveler details exactly as per passport at least 45 days prior to departure for ticketing and visa processing.

Meals included in the package will be served as per the itinerary. Any additional meals, beverages, snacks, or special meal requests apart from the package inclusions will be chargeable.

Sightseeing tours and entrance tickets are included only for attractions mentioned under package inclusions. Additional sightseeing or extra vehicle usage will be charged separately.

The company shall not be held responsible for delays, accidents, loss of baggage, injury, flight cancellations, natural calamities, political disturbances, or any circumstances beyond control.

All travelers are strongly advised to obtain valid travel and medical insurance before departure. The company will not be responsible for medical emergencies, loss, or unforeseen travel disruptions.

Porterage, room drop service, extra transfers, additional tours, and services not mentioned in the inclusions are not included in the package cost and will be chargeable separately.
