Your booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment and complete passenger details. All bookings are subject to the availability of hotels, sightseeing tours, and transportation services at the time of confirmation. Confirmation vouchers will be shared once the booking process is successfully completed.

A specified advance payment is required to secure your reservation, while the remaining balance must be paid before the scheduled departure date as communicated by our travel consultant. Delayed payments may result in the cancellation of services or changes in package pricing due to supplier policies.

This package is offered excluding airfare, and flight fares are dynamic, subject to availability at the time of booking. Hotel accommodations mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability, and in case of unavailability, a similar category hotel of equivalent standard will be provided.

Any cancellation after confirmation will be subject to cancellation charges as per airline, hotel, and local supplier policies. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after receiving the refund from the respective service providers and after deducting applicable cancellation charges.

The itinerary may be modified due to operational requirements, weather conditions, government regulations, flight schedule changes, or unforeseen circumstances. Travelers must carry a valid passport, required visas, travel insurance (if applicable), and other necessary travel documents. The company will not be responsible for any loss arising from incomplete documentation, denied boarding, or refusal of entry by immigration authorities.

Ltd. shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or additional expenses caused by natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, flight disruptions, or any other circumstances beyond the company's control. Any additional costs incurred in such situations will be borne by the traveler.

Any increase in government taxes, fuel surcharges, hotel rates, transportation charges, or entrance fees after the package confirmation will be payable by the traveler. Credit card payments will attract an additional transaction fee as applicable.

The company acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and local sightseeing companies. While every effort is made to ensure a seamless holiday experience, the company is not liable for delays, service interruptions, loss of baggage, injury, or any act of negligence by third-party suppliers.

Guests are advised to follow local laws, respect cultural customs, and adhere to the instructions provided by tour guides throughout the journey. Any expenses arising from optional activities, personal preferences, or services not specifically mentioned under the package inclusions will be borne by the traveler.
