Your Andaman tour booking will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment and issuing the official booking confirmation. Hotel accommodations, ferry tickets, sightseeing arrangements, and transfers are subject to availability at the time of reservation. Guests must provide correct passenger details and valid identification documents for smooth travel arrangements.
All ferry transfers and vehicle services will be arranged as per the confirmed itinerary. Luxury ferry services such as Makruzz, Green Ocean, or Sea Link will be provided based on availability. In case of private ferry non-operation due to operational or weather conditions, guests will be transferred through government ferry services. Vehicles will operate only as per the scheduled itinerary and will not be available for personal use.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed according to the cancellation terms of hotels, ferry operators, and other service providers. Applicable cancellation charges will be deducted, and refunds (if eligible) will be processed after confirmation from the respective suppliers.
The Andaman Islands are dependent on sea and weather conditions. The itinerary may be changed or adjusted due to bad weather, ferry cancellation, flight delays, natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen situations.
