Tour Policy
A minimum deposit is required to confirm your Antarctica expedition booking. The balance payment must be completed before the departure date as per the booking terms. All reservations are subject to availability of hotels, domestic flights, and the expedition cruise at the time of confirmation.
Cancellation charges will apply based on the cruise operator's and travel partner's terms and conditions. Expedition cruises generally have stricter cancellation policies, and refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting the applicable cancellation charges, taxes, and non-refundable service fees.
Travellers must hold a passport with at least six months' validity from the date of travel. Any required Argentina visa is the traveller's responsibility. Comprehensive travel insurance with mandatory Antarctic evacuation coverage is compulsory before departure.
All Antarctic landings, Zodiac excursions, wildlife sightings, and daily schedules are subject to weather, sea, and ice conditions. The expedition captain has the final authority to modify the itinerary or cancel activities to ensure passenger safety and comply with environmental regulations.
Passengers must be medically fit for expedition travel and comply with all onboard safety instructions provided by the expedition team. Participation in optional activities such as kayaking or the Polar Plunge is subject to health requirements, weather conditions, and operational approval.
