Tour prices are based on the prevailing airfare, taxes, hotel availability, and operational costs at the time of booking. Rates are subject to availability and may change before confirmation. Any increase in airfare, fuel surcharge, taxes, or other statutory charges prior to departure will be applicable to the final package cost.
The package includes 3 nights' accommodation in Kuala Lumpur. Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings apply. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges. A Malaysia City Tax of 10 MYR per room per night is payable directly by the guest unless otherwise specified.
All sightseeing tours and airport transfers are provided on a private basis as per the confirmed itinerary. Tour schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions, traffic, operational requirements, or local regulations without affecting the overall tour experience.

Ltd. shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or additional expenses caused by flight disruptions, natural calamities, political disturbances, road closures, or any circumstances beyond its control. Any additional expenses arising from such events must be borne directly by the traveler.
