Tour Itinerary
Welcome to Almaty, where you will complete customs, immigration and baggage formalities before meeting your English-speaking guide at the arrival hall. Proceed to your vehicle and enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, chocolates and refreshing napkins during the transfer to your hotel. After hotel check-in, spend the evening at leisure and explore Almaty at your own pace. Dinner will be at a restaurant of your choice on your own. Overnight stay at the hotel in Almaty.

Tour Policy
A confirmed booking requires an advance payment as specified at the time of reservation, with the balance amount to be cleared before the tour commencement date. Bookings will only be considered confirmed once the advance payment is received and acknowledged by the company.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing, and charges will be applicable as per the slab decided at the time of booking, based on the number of days prior to departure. No refunds will be provided for no-shows, unused services, or last-minute cancellations once the tour has commenced.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they carry valid passports (with minimum 6 months validity), visas, and any other travel documents required for entry into Kazakhstan. The company will not be held responsible for denial of boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
Any changes to the itinerary, hotel category, or travel dates post-confirmation will be subject to availability and may attract additional charges. The company reserves the right to make reasonable alterations to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road conditions, or local disturbances.
The company acts only as an agent for hotels, transporters, and other service providers, and shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused due to factors beyond its control, including natural calamities, political unrest, or third-party service failures.

No, the Shymbulak Cable Car ticket is excluded and available at an additional cost, payable directly at the resort.
Visa assistance is included, but the actual Kazakhstan visa charges (if applicable) are excluded and need to be borne by the traveller.
