Tour Policy
Your Andaman tour booking will be confirmed only after the required advance payment is received and written confirmation is issued. Hotel reservations, ferry tickets, and sightseeing arrangements are subject to availability at the time of booking. Guests are advised to share valid identification documents and travel details to avoid any delays in confirmation.
Inter-island travel between Port Blair, Havelock Island, and Neil Island will be arranged using luxury tourist ferries whenever available. In case private ferries are cancelled or unavailable due to operational reasons, government ferries will be provided as an alternative. Transfer timings are fixed according to the itinerary and cannot be modified for personal convenience.
Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges will be applicable based on the policies of hotels, ferry operators, airlines, and other service providers. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after receiving confirmation from the respective suppliers.
The itinerary may be revised due to bad weather, sea conditions, ferry cancellations, government regulations, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any additional expenses arising from such changes, including accommodation, meals, transportation, or alternate arrangements, shall be borne directly by the guest.
Guests are responsible for carrying valid government-issued photo identification during the tour and for safeguarding their personal belongings.
