Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable advance payment along with completed documentation. The balance amount must be settled before the specified due date, generally prior to departure. Non-payment within the stipulated timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
Cancellations must be requested in writing and are subject to charges based on the number of days remaining before departure. Cancellation fees increase closer to the travel date, and certain bookings (such as flights, trains, or special event tickets) may be non-refundable. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within a specified number of working days.
Visa assistance may be provided on request, but approval remains solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate, and visa fees are non-refundable regardless of outcome. Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and loss of belongings, and is mandatory for guests above a certain age.
Any changes to travel dates, hotel category, or itinerary must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and applicable revision charges. Amendments made close to the departure date may incur additional costs due to fare differences, hotel penalties, or service provider charges.
