Booking Confirmation: BENCHMARK will confirm the booking upon receipt of a 50% advance of the estimated billing. Payment should be made via Cheque or Demand Draft in Favor of “Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt. Ltd.,” payable at Bangalore. The remaining balance should be settled at least 20 days prior to departure.

Refund Policy:

Unused Services: Please note that no refunds or reductions will be provided for any services that are included in the tour but not utilized by the traveller.
