Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the concerned embassy or consulate, and the company only assists with documentation and application processing. Visa fees, if applicable, are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the application, and rejection of a visa does not entitle the passenger to a refund of tour costs already incurred


Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after deducting cancellation charges, non-refundable third-party costs, and any bank or transaction fees.
