Your Turkey tour package will be confirmed only after receiving the required booking deposit or full payment, subject to hotel availability, domestic flight availability, and confirmation of sightseeing services. Early booking is highly recommended, especially during peak travel seasons, to secure the best hotels and flight schedules.
The tour cost must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule. The balance amount should be cleared before the commencement of the tour. Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, or credit card processing charges, if applicable, will be borne by the traveler.
Any cancellation made after booking confirmation will be subject to cancellation charges imposed by hotels, airlines, local service providers, and visa authorities. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after receiving the refund from the respective suppliers and may take the standard processing time.
