Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required advance payment. The balance payment must be completed within the timeline specified in the booking confirmation. Services remain subject to availability until confirmed.
Cancellation charges will apply according to the policies of airlines, hotels, sightseeing providers and other suppliers. Any applicable refund will be processed after deduction of cancellation and administrative charges.
Travellers are responsible for obtaining a valid Schengen visa and carrying all required travel documents. Visa approval is subject to the relevant authorities, and visa fees are non-refundable where applicable.
