Payment should be made via Cheque or Demand Draft in Favor of “Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt. Ltd.,” payable at Bangalore. The remaining balance should be settled at least 20 days prior to departure.
Refund Policy:
Unused Services: Please note that no refunds or reductions will be provided for any services that are included in the tour but not utilized by the traveller.

Benchmark will not be liable for any claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, delayed or cancelled flights, and acts or forces of nature.
Travel Insurance: It is mandatory for all passengers to be covered by suitable travel and health insurance prior to departure from their country of origin. We highly recommend obtaining comprehensive insurance coverage to protect against unforeseen circumstances during travel.
Force Majure: In event of Force Majeure event, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, political unrest, government advisories or regulations, pandemics, epidemics, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred because of the Force Majeure Event.
