Tour Policy
To secure your slots on this multi-country Balkan holiday, an initial non-refundable deposit is required at the time of confirmation. Balance payments must be settled in full according to the specified timeline prior to departure. Please note that payments made via credit card will attract additional transactional processing fees, and all final invoices are subject to statutory government taxes like GST and TCS.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to our team and will be processed based on the date of receipt. Because hotels, regional transit, and shared excursions are locked in well in advance, standard tiered cancellation fees will apply. No-shows or unused services during the tour—such as missed breakfasts, unutilized sharing-basis sightseeing tours, or skipped transfers—are entirely non-refundable.
It is the absolute responsibility of the traveler to ensure they hold a valid passport with at least six months of validity remaining from the date of return. Since this itinerary crosses international borders between Slovenia and Croatia, passengers must possess a valid multi-entry Schengen Visa. Any delays, rejections, or immigration issues arising from improper documentation are solely the client's responsibility.
While we make every effort to deliver the itinerary exactly as published, we reserve the right to alter routes, hotel allocations, or sightseeing sequences due to local constraints. Unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather changes on the Adriatic coast, sudden border regulations, or flight schedule alterations may require on-site adjustments. Any extra expenses incurred due to these natural or political events will be borne directly by the client.
Standard international check-in and check-out timings apply at all properties across Ljubljana, Zagreb, Zadar, Split, and Dubrovnik. Early check-in or late check-out requests are strictly subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed unless paid for and blocked in advance. Additionally, mandatory local destination city taxes are not included in the package price and must be paid directly by the guests at each hotel reception.
Tour FAQ
Yes, you will need a valid Schengen Visa to travel through both countries. Because your itinerary covers multiple nations, you must ensure your Schengen visa is issued as a multiple-entry visa, as you will be crossing borders. Your passport must also have at least 6 months of validity remaining from your date of return.
To offer you the best balance of comfort and value, this itinerary uses a hybrid model. Your airport transfers are on a private basis, meaning a dedicated vehicle will pick up only your party. However, the daily sightseeing tours and excursions are on a sharing basis, where you will join other travelers in a high-quality coach or group setup led by a professional local guide.
Standard city orientation and guided sightseeing as outlined in the core itinerary are included. However, optional highlights—such as the traditional Pletna boat ride on Lake Bled, walking the Dubrovnik City Walls, or taking the Mount Srđ cable car—are treated as optional exclusions. This allows you the flexibility to choose and pay for only the specific activities you wish to experience on-site.
No, the package includes daily breakfast at your hotels (except on the day of arrival). Lunches and dinners are excluded to give you total culinary freedom. Both Slovenia and Croatia feature incredible food scenes, from riverside cafés in Ljubljana to coastal seafood taverns along the Dalmatian Coast, allowing you to sample local food at your own pace.
Local city tourist taxes are statutory fees mandated by regional governments in Europe to support tourism infrastructure. These taxes vary by city (Ljubljana, Zagreb, Zadar, Split, and Dubrovnik) and hotel star-rating. Because they must be calculated dynamically based on the exact guests staying in the room, they cannot be pre-paid and must be paid directly in cash or card by the guest at each hotel reception during check-in or check-out.
