All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt. Ltd. Hotels and sightseeing services may be substituted with similar options of equal standard if necessary due to operational requirements.
An advance payment is required to secure your booking, and the remaining balance must be paid before the scheduled departure date. Tour prices are subject to change in case of fluctuations in exchange rates, government taxes, supplier charges, or other unforeseen operational costs prior to full payment.
Cancellation charges will be applicable based on the policies of hotels, transport providers, and other service partners. Any non-refundable services, visa fees, insurance charges, or applicable cancellation penalties will be deducted before processing refunds. Eligible refunds will be processed after confirmation from the respective suppliers.
